DREAMING DEAD Announces Addition Of Lead Guitarist STEPHANIE PICKARD

Los Angeles-based extreme metal band DREAMING DEAD has announced the addition of lead guitarist Stephanie Pickard to the group's ranks. She and DREAMING DEAD singer/guitarist Elizabeth Schall form the most shredding female guitar tandem in metal today.

Pickard studied with Bruce Bouillet and Paul Gilbert of legendary shred band RACER X. She became a Minarik Guitars endorsee at the age of 16.

Schall is a Fernandes Guitars endorsee. She will perform during the winter NAMM (National Association Of Music Merchants) show at the Fernandes Guitars booth on January 14 and 15 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

DREAMING DEAD has drawn comparisons to DEATH, DISSECTION, and OPETH. In April, the band will enter the studio to record its new album, "Midnightmares", for a late 2011 release.
